First and foremost: I love words. Such simple things that can bring immense joy and laughter, spark tears, spark wars, span oceans, span generations. They can evoke visceral reactions or make an imagination come to life.

Whether it’s to the delight of my nieces and nephew, something totally dumb on Twitter, for the printed page or the big screen; I’m a storyteller.

Starting out as a spec screenwriter and moving into manuscripts years later, I worked tirelessly and diligently to develop my craft; soaking up every scrap of knowledge like a sponge along the way. With numerous contest placements, many options, two scripts in Development, and several completed manuscripts, I took what I absorbed and shared it with fellow writers.

As a Script Reader, I worked with production companies and spec writers to provide industry-standard coverage for full-length screenplays including: Loglines, Synopsis, Ratings Grids, Notes on Market Potential, Cost Analysis, Main and Sub Plots, Story and Character Development, Dialogue, Premise, and Structure; giving a final grade of Pass, Consider, or Recommend.

As a Script Editor, I work with spec writers, providing all facets of script editing and analysis including: Loglines, Synopsis, Treatments, Proofreading, Analysis, Line-by-Line Notes and Edits, Character Development, Story Development, Comprehensive and Inclusive Notes, and Suggestions on Viability and Marketability.

As a Manuscript Editor for novellas and novels, specializing in all genres of fiction with an emphasis on Literary Fiction, YA & Teen, Romance (Rom-Com, Contemporary, New Adult), Sci-Fi & Fantasy, Paranormal, and Humor, I work with authors in a comprehensive editorial capacity including: Proofreading, Copy Editing, Line-by-Line Notes and Edits, Critiques, and Full Developmental Editing.

In addition, I like short strolls to the fridge, whiskey by candlelight, cursing like a longshoreman, live-music, and puppies.
